Who we are
JAM Partners is a self-funded search fund dedicated to acquiring and operating a small to medium-sized business. JAM Partners is led by Michael Passmore who brings over 12 years experience across financial services, management consulting and asset management. The name is an acronym for his family, who inspired Michael's decision to acquire and operate a business. He hopes to build something that he can share with them and be there for his son the way his dad was when he was growing up.
What we are looking for
A stable, profitable, owner-operated small to medium sized business in Canada with $1 - $10M in revenue and at least $0.4M in EBITDA.
